Skills/Knowledge Good oral, written, and computer communication skills. Ability to follow formal procedures and instructions. Knowledge of procedures used in troubleshooting problems. Ability to document and report test results. Understand company quality control and quality assurance systems. Training/Requirements High school diploma or associate degree in microbiology, cell biology in biotechnology, or a health related field. Up to 2 years of experience in sterile manufacturing environment.
